I am currently a postdoc at the Santa Fe Institute, a research institute dedicated to the interdisciplinary study of complex systems.
In my research, I use techniques from information theory and statistical physics to understand information-processing in various physical and biological complex systems. For more details, see my research page.
|Mar 8, 2021||I will be chairing an session on Stochastic Thermodynamics of Biological and Artificial Information Processing at the APS March Meeting.|
|Feb 1, 2021||I am participating in a fascinating SFI workshop titled Origins of Life: The Possible and the Actual .|
|Dec 11, 2020||I joined Michael Garfield at the Complexity Podcast, where I discussed my work on agency, nonequilibrium physics, and semantic information. Thanks, Michael!|
