Welcome to my website! In my research, I use information theory and statistical mechanics to understand information processing in physical and biological complex systems. For more details, see my research page.

I am currently at the Universitat Pompeu Fabra. Prior to this, I spent several years as a postdoc at the Santa Fe Institute, as well as a year at the Universal Biology Institute, a theoretical biology group at the University of Tokyo.
